Returns
- Customers may return a product purchased from Vodaland UK Ltd within 30 calendar days of its purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the product you are returning must be in sellable condition (this means that it's not broken, worn, or dirty).
- Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer unless the return is due to Vodaland UK Ltd fault.
Refunds
- Once we receive and process a returned item we will notify the customer. We will also notify the customer if refund is approved or rejected.
- ALL eligible returned items will be subject to 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from a refund total.
Defective items
- If the item ordered was delivered broken or defective, we will send you a new item free of charge. Please contact info@vodaland.co.uk for this.
Shipping
- All items eligible for a return should be shipped to Unit 7, Agecroft Trading Estate, Langley Road, Salford M6 6JD.
