Shipping policy

 

Delivery

- Delivery of most items to Mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands and the Islands, is £6.99. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and the Islands may be subject to an extra delivery charge. If your delivery address is in Scotland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, a member of our staff will contact you prior to processing your order should an additional delivery charge apply. Alternatively, please contact our team (or use our online chat facility) for further information.
- Fulfilment can take up to 24 hours.
- Although we ship all orders using next day service where available, our standard UK Mainland delivery can take up to 2-3 working days excluding fulfilment time. Delivery to remote areas (the Scottish Highlands and the Islands) may take up to 5-7 days.
- Collection from our warehouse option is available at checkout free of charge.
- Vodaland UK Ltd shall not be held liable for any delays by carriers when orders are shipped from our location on time. We ship orders as soon as possible but cannot control when they arrive once they leave our warehouse. Do not arrange for tradesmen to begin work before materials or goods have arrived. Vodaland UK Ltd shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date.

Pallet shipping

- Orders may be shipped on pallets if Vodaland UK Ltd deems it appropriate (i.e. if order is large or item cannot be sent in a box). If your order is a pallet order we will always contact you before arranging delivery. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid delays. We will not dispatch pallet orders until we confirm access and delivery details with our customers.
- Before the order is dispatched customers must notify us if access to the delivery location is restricted in any way. Restricted access could be double yellow lines, low bridges, trees or other structures obstructing the road, narrow lanes, steep hills or other obstacles restricting access of HGV vehicles. 
- We reserve the right to charge for a failed delivery, redelivery or if the goods are refused and returned back to us due to access restrictions or incomplete information provided by the customer. Any such charge will be equivalent to the cost incurred by Vodaland from the delivery courier.
- If the order is cancelled before the goods are delivered we will charge a return fee equivalent to the cost incurred by Vodaland from the delivery courier. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or a business.

Accepting goods


- Upon receiving your order please thoroughly check you have received all expected items. The Customer shall be solely responsible for the unloading of the Goods and the Seller shall not be liable for any damage that occurs during such unloading.
