Refund policy
Returns
- Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving an order.
- Once a return is requested, customers must send off the items purchased or hand them over (if collected from shop) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which the customer informs Vodaland UK Ltd of their intention to return the products purchased.
- Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer unless the return is due to Vodaland UK Ltd fault (sent wrong or defective item). If the order is cancelled after dispatch and before delivery, the customer shall be liable for return costs and we reserve the right to deduct any such costs from the refund total.
- If returning a pallet order, ensure goods are properly secured and ready for collection by a freight company (goods are not loose and pallet wrapped).
- If the goods purchased were delivered to the customer's home and could not, by their nature, normally be returned by post, Vodaland UK Ltd will arrange a collection. In this case, the customer remains responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
- Custom made items are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds
- Full refunds will only be issued when we have received the goods back in a resalable condition. This means they should be in their original packaging, unused, not worn and undamaged.
- Products returned dirty will incur a 10% restocking and cleaning fee.
- Vodaland UK Ltd will refund the delivery cost unless the customer expressly chose a kind of delivery costing more than the least expensive kind of delivery offered at the time of purchase. In that case, we will refund delivery cost up to the amount of the cheapest delivery option provided.
- Vodaland UK Ltd will not refund the items if returned damaged, used or worn.
- Vodaland UK Ltd reserves the right to deduct from refund total incurred return delivery costs.
Defective or missing items
- In an unlikely event that an ordered item was delivered broken or defective, we will send you a replacement free of charge. You must report any damages to us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please take photos of the packaging as well as the damaged item and email us at info@vodaland.co.uk. Free replacement is not available If item was broken or damaged during installation or handling by the customer.
Shipping
- All items eligible for a return should be shipped to Vodaland UK Ltd, Unit 7, Agecroft Trading Estate, Langley Road, Salford M6 6JD.
