Load Class A15 - Light Duty Grate design load up to 1.5 tonnes (15 KN). For pedestrian foot traffic only.

Load Class B125 - Medium Duty Grate design load up to 12.5 tonnes (125 KN). Sidewalks, residential parking, driveway.

Load Class C250 - Heavy Duty Grate design load up to 25 tonnes (250 KN). Commercial applications - car parks, petrol stations (cars), public areas.

Load Class D400 - Grate design load up to 40 tonnes (400 KN). Extra Heavy Duty. Roads and highways.

Load Class E600 - Grate design load up to 60 tonnes (600 KN). Industrial areas, HGVs and heavy wheel loads.

Load Class F900 - Grate design load 90 tonnes (900 KN). Suitable for airports, container terminals, heavy industrial and military applications.

Our gratings come in three different materials:

Galvanised Steel - a well rounded choice. Good for light loads, long-serving, and more budget friendly.

Stainless Steel - we use Grade 304 steel to make our stainless steel grates (grade 316 is available upon request). They are highly resistant to chemicals and do not corrode nor rust.

Cast Iron - One of the most cost effective choices for car traffic, car parks and medium loads.

Other Options - Some of our grates are HeelSafe and others can handle heavy loads.
