Please note all cast iron grates are naturally prone to rusting due to the metal’s inherent properties. To help prevent rust, we apply a protective KTL coating which offers temporary resistance. However, the rate at which rust develops depends on several factors including humidity, traffic exposure, cleaning frequency, and maintenance practices.
Surface rust does not affect the strength or functionality of the grates. For customers wishing to maintain the original appearance, we recommend using a black coating spray as an additional protective measure.

Vodaland BASE DN200 channels are made of 100% recycled polypropylene plastic. These are sturdy and lightweight making them easier to work with than polymer concrete counterparts which means more savings.
Each channel has 90-degree connection options, bottom outlet, and easy "click" and lock connection between channels.
This particular channel drain package comes with 2 ductile cast iron grates (Load class C250) and is perfect for car parks, pavements and other areas with cars. The cast iron grate is Anti-Slip and provides good tyre grip. End caps are not included in the package.
